The purpose of our intake session is to establish an understanding of your individual health and vitality concerns or goals. This initial meeting is to gather information about your current health status, lifestyle choices, dietary habits, and physical activity levels, as well as any specific challenges or goals you may have. During the conversation I aim to identify areas for improvement and establish if it will be beneficial for you to start one of my health programs. Once established I will come up with a tailored strategy that aligns with your personal health and vitality objectives. This session is crucial to find out if a customized approach can be formulated. My commitment during this session is to provide you with informed guidance and practical recommendations, giving you an insight into the possibility for positive changes towards achieving your wellness goals. This is a collaborative process, so it's important we both feel we can work together on developing a plan that is both effective and sustainable for you. By the end of our time together, you will have a clear understanding of the next steps and be equipped with actionable advice to start your journey towards optimal health and vitality.
