I don’t believe they should be.
Using a combination of orthomolecular science, nutrition, movement and practical lifestyle coaching, I help men 40+ regain their energy, sharpen their focus and improve their overall health, without extreme diets or unrealistic routines.
My approach is straightforward, personal and built around sustainable habits that fit real life. Together, we work on improving your vitality, resilience and long-term health so you can feel strong, clear-minded and fully engaged in life again.

The Vitality Workshop
Often, I offer a 1.5-hour Vitality Event or Workshop, specifically designed for those seeking natural ways to boost their energy and enhance their overall well-being. In this workshop, I delve into how the synergistic combination of pure nutrition, sufficient physical activity, a positive mindset, and a deep connection with nature can lead to increased vitality.
Free or sometimes with a participation fee of just 20 euros and the group size limited to 7, this session ensures an intimate and interactive experience. Included in the price are comforting beverages like coffee and tea, creating a welcoming environment where every participant feels encouraged to engage and pose questions.
These events and workshops are ideal for anyone looking to step into a healthier lifestyle, manage stress, or simply are curious about how to integrate holistic practices into their daily lives for better health and more energy.
